PROFILE

The firm was established on 01.01.2012 by its founder member and proprietor Mr. Rajendra Kumar Saini, a Fellow chartered accountant. The founder is member of ICAI since 1995 and in continuous practice since inception. He has vast experience in the field of audit and assurance in corporate sector, PSU, Banking, Insurance Sector, Manufacturing industries and Trading concerns, Cooperative sector including cooperative banks, defense sector (CSD canteen, Officers Mess, Benevolent Fund, workshop etc).

The founder also has experience in indirect taxation.

The founder has good experience in project finance field including IPO.

The founder also has good experience in State and District level Government Audit.
